This position supports the Long Island Construction Team and is not a traditional administrative assistant role.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and interested in building a long-term career in Project Management and Construction Operations.
Candidates with experience in construction, utilities, telecommunications, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, automotive repair, masonry, electrical contracting, HVAC, dispatching, scheduling, or similar operational environments are encouraged to apply.

A leading telecommunications and broadband infrastructure organization is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support major network expansion and construction initiatives throughout the New York market.
The Long Island Construction Team currently operates with a small, collaborative group, giving the selected candidate direct exposure to Construction Managers and day-to-day project operations. You'll play a critical role in helping manage documentation, vendor coordination, utility processes, scheduling activities, and project tracking efforts that keep construction projects moving forward.
This position is primarily based out of Bethpage, NY. Initial training and onboarding will take place in Hauppauge, NY to ensure you become familiar with the team's systems, workflows, and processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
