Sportswear en Bay Shore está contratando! Estamos en la búsqueda de un Operador/a de Máquina motivado y responsable para sumarse a nuestro equipo de producción.
Buscamos a alguien con ganas de aprender y desarrollar sus habilidades operativas. Ofrecemos capacitación completa durante el primer mes para asegurar tu éxito en el puesto.
- Capacitación (Primer mes): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Lunes a Viernes)
- Horario regular (A partir del segundo mes): 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Lunes a Viernes)

Responsibilities
- Operar y monitorear la maquinaria asignada siguiendo los procedimientos de seguridad y producción.
- Cargar materiales en las máquinas y ajustar la configuración básica según las órdenes de trabajo.
- Inspeccionar las piezas o productos terminados para garantizar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
- Identificar y reportar inmediatamente cualquier fallo mecánico o problema en el proceso al supervisor.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y libre de peligros de seguridad.
- Registrar la producción diaria e información en las hojas de control.
